I've got a Miele, and it's damn near powerful enough to lift the carpet off the floor. Not cheap (and don't forget the bags for it aren't cheap either!) but well worth it if your house doesn't get vacuumed as often as it should :o
If you lend someone a tenner and never see them again, it was probably worth it.

Another vote for the Miele Cat & Dog from me - it's the best hoover I've ever had. It's flipping heavy though (or maybe I'm just a wimp?) :)
You can't control everything in life....... your hair was put on your head to remind you of that :p

Theres Henry (£80) and theres Henry Hound (£180). Still a Henry but with a powered head for pet hair. Or you can buy the Turbo (£140) version of Henry which comes with a powered airobrush.

Yes I have just been looking at the different Henrys that are on the market. I've even found a pink Hetty!

The Miele seems to be doing quite well in the vote stakes as well, so maybe I should check those out too.
