Good morning everyone :hello: :hello: :hello:
Another bright (ish) start to the day here in the West Country - I hope it is fine wherever you are - especially if you are on holiday.
I'm starting the thread nice and early today - I woke up early - so might catch one or two of the 'early brigade'
So don't forget - one and all - post your spends - large or small - we don't mind which - but most of all:
And have a great day.

Morning Rog - we are taking dd to a 'hands on ' farm today and probably get lunch out again so a rough estimate at £60.00 with all that.
I'm back at work tomorrow so hopefully no more big spends until next week when I am off again - damn school holidays costing me a fortune!
Have a great day Rog - I'll update later with actual spends.
Ooh nearly forgot Ive already paid 13.35 off my dorothy perkins card this morning. x xPay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

:hello: Morning everyone! Today I am travelling home on the train, and it will take me most of the afternoon. As a DFW there is no way I'll be buying expensive train food, so the day shouldn't be too expensive with a packed lunch and I've already pre-paid for the tickets. As I'm going away, I've left £5 on the table for OH to get beer tonight, and the only other forseeable spend is bus money - I estimate it will cost me £4.50 and will update later.0

It's a bit like that here, penguin, now that we've got the chickens - do you think I could charge people to clean up after them?
I could throw in a cheese sandwich.

New business venture for you Rog - the price they charge for entrance alone and then there is the cafe and the gift shop which we have no chance of avoiding with a very alert 5 year old in tow!
Then you could do a thread 'how much have you earned today!' x x:rotfl:Pay Debt by Xmas 16 - 0/12000

Is it me, or is the board genuinely quiet today?

I have spent £25 on a new wallet. Didn't want to, but my old one was being held together with tape. Wanted a bright orange one, but they didn't have any in the shops I went into in Oxford Street, so got a blue one.
On the plus side, I've only just started spending my pocket money for August, as I was still using July money, so it doesn't seem as if I've spent that much if you see what I mean.
Not going to spend anything else today. Going to go straight home after work. Cook dinner and then slob in front of the telly.Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010

Rog: How's the non-smoking going?
Fine thanks - well, to be honest it is very difficult, but I purposefully have no smoking materials in the house - am chewing a liquorice root at the moment - it seems worse in the evening, but it's early days.
