Only if 28 days have gone by since your 3rd DD otherwise they will just tell you to ring back then. Already tried ringing them myself to no avail.
  • Topcashback still showing confirmed but not payable at the moment, although the wife's cashbackkings has paid.

just cancel the direct debit and they will send you a letter and ask you for your new details. The phone number will be on there but if you dont call them after a couple of more letters they will just cancel the policy themselves,

  • I'm glad to see everyone is having their cashback coming through!

I cashed in my letter last week. I took it to the counter and she said "Wow, we are only doing these offers for £25 cashback now, you must have taken this out over a year ago".

Really pleased to get the cash and also cashbackkings has been confirmed.

Hope this helps people out for Xmas this year. It surely will for me
