A quick update from my week.
New bod who is renting the spare room paid the first weeks rent £60 in cash and I have put it in a pot ready for hte next cc bill to come in.
Did another bootsale and got £300 (split only 4 ways this time) so £75 raised - money gone into another pot ready for another bill to come in. I have left the pot at the pub with my tips pot which I got £20 over the weekend as well as my wages from there and they wont let me touch it unless I show them the bill I am using the money to pay. This really helps me not to have a dip into it when I feel like it.
Going to celebrate tonight with a diet coke at the pub tonight £1.40!

cheers for all your support, it really helps. I think it is good for newbies to perhaps see that progress can be made.
I hope I can keep it up as I do get very tired during my main day job but the thought of the debt going down even slightly makes it worthwhile - thinking ahead - dec up the pub should be good tips wise and I have said I will work xmas 23rd, 24th, and 25th as I heard last year on xmas day everyone ended up with approx £30 each on top of the extra pay!!!
I just had a slight mishap though - forgot my lunch so just bought one from the work canteen- nevermind it is monday
