Answer: 27 miles

U add the first letter to the last according to place in alphabet.

so Milan = M (13th letter) + N ( 14th letter) = 27 miles


MUNICH 21
M+H =21

OSTEND 19
O+D = 19

MILAN ?
M+N= 27

ZURICH 34
Z+H = 34

I just came back on to post that took me this long to work it out
