Do you log in and do the polls and complete the monthly survey every month?

I can't remember when I signed up for this but in March they sent me full size day cream, night cream and eye cream in return for feedback. Was well pleased!

Just had this email from Simple VIP

    Calling all Simple VIPs,

We need your help again! We have some important questions that we'd love to get your feedback on, so we've launched a special survey this month. This means that as well as earning VIP reward points, everyone who completes the survey will also be entered into a prize draw to win a selection of products from the Simple Kind To Skin Facial Skincare range*

At long last I've got enough points to redeem but I don't know how to. I put something in my basket in the hope it would be clear how to use points but there only seems to be space for a code and I don't have one.
    Any ideas folks?

    Thanks in advance.

No, sorry, but I've been wondering about redeeming my points too. I couldn't even get anything into my basket last month! Their website's very slow these days.

To order something and use your points you need to have at least 1000 points. Go to the online shop, choose what you want to have and proceed to check out. P&p is £3.00 and it's worth it, my products arrived the following day in a lovely packaged box with a bow. So when you are doing your checkout at the bottom of the page you have the option to use your points and it takes £10 off your order. For example, if you bought something for £7 and p&p is £3, then using your 1000 points you will pay £00!!
Hope this helps, I am very pleased with my Simple products!
