Hi all, i went BR on 16th june 2008,
got an email today asking for an outstanding document and it also said-
This is the only document needed before your case goes to Early Discharge so
I would be grateful for a prompt reply.
so does this that i am going to get early discharge after only 2 months of being br?

The OR is supposed to wait for 3 months after their report to creditors before they can start the early discharge process. That then takes a little under two months normally.
So if your report was done quickly after your BR, then you may be looking at ED in just over 5 months.
The earliest I have ever heard of is 5 months and 1 day.
ED is never guaranteed as the admin for it is a low priority task. So at the very least you have some waiting to do yet.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

You can't apply to the OR. And they get annoyed if you ask them for it.
But if your case is such that the OR can conclude all the admin and dealing with assets within 10 months of the bankruptcy order (or earlier), then at their discretion they can file for your early discharge.
