Waitrose Dine for £10

Can't find this so I hope it's not a duplicate.
Waitrose seem to be copying M&S and running a "Dine for £10" promotion. In my opinion it's not as good as the M&S version but you still save about £5.
Offer includes:
1 Bag of Salad - Baby Leaf or Rocket & something - £1.99
1 Waitrose Fresh Pizza - Variety of flavours - £4.99
1 Fresh Cheescake x2 portions - variety of flavours - £2.15
1 bottle of Pino Grigio - £5.99
Saving £5.12
Not really my idea of Dinner but a good lunch and a good saving if you'd buy the things anyway.
Not clear whether this is nationwide or only selected stores. The website is silent. Available in the Woking store.
