I would love one of these cd's if anyone has one spare could I please have one. I did not want to PM all who are offering as I thought they had prob had loads of PM's and already given theirs away.

I use these as a relaxation aid when trying to sleep, I just thought if anyone else had health problems this would be handy for you as well. I was told by my doctor to try these and it does not take the pain away obviously but it just chills you out a bit. I have a mini system next to my bed that has a timed sleep programme on it and when the cd is finished it turns the system of. So you won't have to worry about electricity cost's either. HTH
