Hey guys, I need some advice please. Over the back of our house a house has a husky puppy. It is locked in all day and it is constantly howling. I know that these dogs need a lot of exercise and the house it is in is not the biggest and considering we are about 50 yards away it must be a nightmare for the neighbours as it wakes us and the little fella up every night. I want to go round and say something but don't want to. I really wann phone the RSPCA. DOes anyone have any ideas? Fanks Len
Hi. We had this problem with neighbours going on holiday leaving their dog howling through the night. The RSPCA came round and said that as it was being fed and watered there was nothing they could do. Our other neighbour called the council and they issued a letter to the neighbour regarding the noise but was told to keep a log/diary of events. In our case once they returned from holiday it stopped but it drives you mad particulary at 3am when it wakes you up:mad: Mind you my friend has a husky and it howls even when they are there - they dont bark is what she says. Anyhow, I hope that helps!2025: 52 wk envelope challenge #80 -

Morning all....
can totally sympathise about the dogs lenny, my neighbour has just got a little !!!!!! dog, shitszu or something or another, and is currently watching a friends dog, so we have 2 of them yip yip yipping away all the time.... does my box in!! Especially as my 2 spaniels never ever bark....
Let the RSPCA decide for themselves.... i'm sure you can do it anonymously.
Good luck with job interview Pania, altho she'll be well on her way by now!
MrsS... glad to hear you are doing okay, tough times but you're a tough cookie so sure you'll come out of it a stronger person. If you feel like you're ready to re-focus on finances again, then that's a good sign innit?!

My colleague just made team for the team and mixed up the tea bags. Instead of my lovely PG Tips, I have a cup of Tetley Redbush which tastes nothing like tea, but is supposed to be good for you so I'm going to grin and bear it!Sept '08-Natwest Loan [strike]£15,378.68 [/strike] £14,582.44
