LimoBroker - Beware

:mad: Family member hired Limousine through LimoBroker for Hen Party. It was booked months in advance. Day before the hire they rang to say limo was broken but offered an alternative at higher cost. Accepted as not a lot of choice but then on the night the Limo did not show leaving a very disappointed party.
Initial response on making complaint was poor so waiting outcome of investigation.(possibly to follow with small claims court procedure)
Beware Limobroker.co.uk is a broker firm based in Cardiff. Might be better to do the legwork and book with local firm. Give this company a wide berth

They seem to have had mixed reviews online, either getting it right and doing really well, or being utterly hopeless and having rude and unhelpful staff:

The "glowing" reviews on limobroker all seem very fake,the way they are written.three are written within a day or two of each other.
Looks like they are mainly an agent.
Apparently www.nlca.co.uk are the reputable trade association for limos etc ,all their members operate legally.

I agree with the fake reviews, seems agter a couple of bad ones there a re a few glowing ones each and every time

Thanks for your comments. I will be leaving very negative reviews but will wait a few days to see what kind of response I get from LimoBroker (won't hold my breath)
