Thanks for the advice but like lisyloo said i will be stick with the bill would love to go a solicitor but all i will be doing is lining their pocket. He pbviously does not give a monkeys as i have found out today he is sunning himself abroad whilst his solicitors letters roll in for his debts!0

Sorry to hear of your circumstances, I too feel as you do having a husband who has ran up tons of debt /blackened my circumstances now for future credit - I admire you getting rid of him tho as feel its easier together in my circumstances than apart fighting off the wolves at the door & with 2 children and my house I want to keep, He would struggle to make me payments (& no inlaws could help me) if I did kick him out as he would like to go bankrupt but wont because of our house. You have good in - laws who are helping out which all helps. I think what you said about renting it out may be a good short term plan esp if it covers the mortgage then see how it goes from there...just think you could be in your new change of address in time for Christmas then, New Year NEW YOU....good luck0
