definitely keep at it, it's your prize after all! But if you're not too fussed about the prize then there's not much point chasing them up

Have you read Velvet Glove's Comping Guide sticky? In the section "Winning" scroll down to number 7 "What happens if my prize doesn't turn up?"

Well why not try the suggestions in the Guide?

"If you still get no response from them, there are a few different things you can try.

The Institute of Sales Promotions complaints@isp.org.uk lay down the guidelines which comp organisors must follow. MSE Compers have reported that they are very good at investigating dodgy comps & missing prizes with one chap in particular Edwin Mutton, being an absolute star.

The Advertising Standards Authority have an online complaints form. "

After all, you've got nothing to lose and you might even get your prize:)

Or before you try the above why don't you try calling their head office - so much easier to get a response from someone if you're speaking to them.
I found this by googling them Head Office
This is the Head Office for Borders, Books etc. and Borders Express. This is not trading branch.

• Don't give up! Quite a few of us were having problems getting our prizes from Glamour and I got very fed up and emailed everyone I could find on the Glamour website including the editor. I got a response within minutes saying she wasn't aware there were difficulties and now it seems it's being sorted out for all those who are missing prizes. It really is worth pursuing if you want your prize (and why wouldn't you?). Good luck.
