I was recently approached in BHs store in Birmingham by a lady who asked if I had a BHS gold card. When I advised her that I did she asked if I knew it was being discontinued in December and that I would no longer be able to use it. I have had no information telling me this so I said "no". She told me it was being replaced by another card and that any balance I may have left could be transferred to the new card, and at no time did she tell me it was a credit card.
Yesterday I received a pin number for a BHS Mastercard which I do not want.
Can anyone clarify for me whether I will or will not be able to used my BHS gold card in a BHS store after December? I think maybe it was a slight untruth to get me to take out a credit card I do not want.
