Just used: DB2U for 10& off fragrance (already heavily discounted!) and LT93 for 15% off my other item Both worked together in the same order. Took off 10% overall which I am happy with, as the 15% code only worked on one item and gained another quid off using both.

Anyone else having problems with the 15% discount codes? It seems there is a 10% extra discount automatically applied to my items when I add them to the basket and when I enter a 15% off code it still only shows 10% discount.

we had the issue yesterday, had to delete cookies and order each item separately

I used this code, along with the debenhams 10% on line code and it applied both discounts, but only on a shirt.

On the T's & C's they indicate 'Excludes, Beauty, Fragrance & Electricals'.

I got a large Denby serving dish jigsaw puzzle delivered yesterday. Unfortunately it was incomplete, as they forgot to put the superglue in the box.

The packaging was excellent for a jigsaw. Sadly not adequate in any way at all for a large Denby dish however.

My OH ordered a large mixing bowl on 14/11 which was delivered in pieces 3 days later.

The replacement was supposedly shipped 18/11 but we're still waiting 3 weeks later.

Now impossible to get through by telephone and emails go unanswered.:(
