No problem like I said, I was just disappointed that my post I thought was helpful had been removed. This site does get a lot of spam and I can only imagine how tough your job is to help clear it up. If something looks like spam its best to take action first and ask questions later.

Check your free delivery is actually applied when your statement comes through. I ordered several items on my gold card via the internet and was charged delivery even though web site said it would be free delivery for gold account holdays.....I phoned the customer service team and they advised me that it is not registered anywhere what is a 'gold card' and what isn't , therefore they automatically charge and wait for the customer to phone them and they then refund the delivery charges! Doesn't seem fair, given the customer has to pay for the phone call also! So watch your statements.

I do have a gold card and saw a sign instore for free delivery today - im after a pair of jeans and they did not have my size - the 20% off offer ends tonight so i guess i might not get free delivery too?

PBVP is still working but only gives 1% discount, SHA1 works for free delivery although the last few orders I've received have actually charged me for delivery. Have had to ring up and get them to credit me with this as I do have a gold card and pay for all debenhams shopping on this.

Just wondering if there are any Debenhams codes around at the mo?? The only one I can see that still works is the SHA1 for free delivery, but nothing for discounts.....

hiya i dont know of any recent codes but from the 12th to the 14th i know they have thier vouchers out for gold card holders if that helps any i.e £ off £30 shop, £5 off a £50 shop, £10 off £80 shop and so on
