Instore, Dune will often take popular items off the shop floor when there is a 20% off day, so even though they are participating, some items are excluded (this is when they are doing the normal money off days anyway), so it might be something like this

The P29P code worked fine but I didn't think the delivery code had worked as it kept giving my total saying excluding delivery but when I went to checkout the delivery said free, so do try this

I found it only gave me 10% off yesterday, the free postage did work too though
