If only I received my stuff!

I ordered 2 weeks ago, never received my goods, & they don't reply to my emails.

The sad thing is, I had no end of problems with them in 2006 where they were advertising one price, and charging another (higher) to my card, and I swore then to boycott them. They are THIEVES.

Unlike John Lewis it seems that you cant pay with their own vouchers online.

SH67 free delivery code works (I had no luck with SHD1), but couldn't get it to work with PE8P. That may be because what I was trying to buy was a concession item, because when I rang through to customer services, they couldn't order it for me either, whereas I know they would normally be able to. I ordered anyway because it was an item I really wanted, I couldn't get a better price online and its a 35 mile round trip to the store & £3 parking!!

Thanks just bought the Michael Kors watch I was after! Quite happy to see it was in the sale but then the 15% off code worked and free delivery. Happy Days:j.
