Does the catalogue give details on how to redeem i.e. do you have to enter a certain user name also?

I have attempted to use this code but I am told it is invalid. Perhaps it is only valid with your user name / e-mail address as this info has to be entered under the voucher id?


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I think new users should get the same offer anyway - I am sure there is a bit on the front of the website for it - don't know if its automatic or not. If you ARE a new user and can't find the offer for new customers on their website - just phone them and ask - if you need a code then they will give you one

Got 2 leaflets through the post recently, couldnt get them on sooner as pc was poorly :rolleyes:

Just placed 2 orders (I'm an existing customer) using the £15 and £20 codes respectively. Both worked and I'm really pleased! Thanks guys

Update:
I've just used the £20 code again on 2 more orders and it seems to have gone through fine...fingers crossed! :T

I have used these codes over the past couple of weeks and received a phone call the other day from..EMPIRE. I was not in and my hubby answered and said they were very short just asked for me and when he said I was out they put the phone down before he could say anymore!!!!!!
