I just had a letter from the OR

I was declared bankrupt on July 22nd and have just recieved a letter from my OR (which I was expecting).. I have to fill in the usual forms and send them back but the letter says she has decided that it is not necessary to interview me at this time.

So does that mean i won't be having an OR interview unless something changes and she feels the need to interview me?

Thanks

    Hi Laura,

I went BR on 14th July and received a letter like you saying that the OR didn't feel the need to interview me at this time unless something cropped up - I think our cases must be quite straightforward and therefore as the OR's offices are busy at the moment that is why we aren't having an inteview!

What a RELIEF, thanks for clearing that one up for me :D I can relax now!! My case was very straight forward, no assets, no car, no house and 90% of my debts were from years ago.

:j :j :j :j :j It all suddenly seems official now, all those years of stress and depression, now I can finally start a fresh!!

That sounds like good news to me. My face to face interview lasted over 2 hours!
