Discount vouchers for online shopping

Before I post this message I must state an interest. I work on the website involved - but that doesn't mean that it isn't a good deal!

On Tiscali's Christmas shopping website

we are offering discount vouchers of up to £10 for a number of our partners including John Lews, Index, Figleaves, La Redoute and Interflora. There is a minimum spend attached to the discount and this varies from partner to partner.

There is a mechanism that allows you to send the vouchers to a friend and you can attach an e-Christmas card to them if you wish.

Just tried for the £5 Firebox box voucher and said my email needs to be either tiscali or lineone

Is this just for the Firebox voucher??

Shouldn't work like that and I'm think (hope) the problem is with the Firebox one only.

But it is easy to sign up to Tiscali as a member without having to join us as an ISP which gives you an email account like a hotmail account for free and a load of other member benefits - some free downloads and so on have a look at the members page

Just to let you know that we should have sorted the Firebox issue out today and that you should now be able to get the voucher without having a Tiscali or Lineone email address.

Firebox delivery charge is £3.99. Cheapest thing I could find was Top Trump cards at £2.99, total £6.98, minus £5 voucher = £1.98, a saving of £1.01. If anyone knows how to get free delivery here it might be worth it.

I had a £10 figleaves voucher xmas promo but it was nought to do with tiscali now it says I have already claimed and can't have this one when I click the link.
