Can I get 1 93% LTV Re-mortgae?

Am trying to do some comparisons but any time I use an online calculator they have a fit because I want to lend over 90%.

I'm currently with A and L who recently gave me a 'ported' mortgage on the SVR to run alongside my fixed deal that ends in November. Now I want to remortgage the whole lot onto one deal. They lent me the 93%. As a Premier Bank account customer should I just stay with them or will another lender touch me at a reasonable rate?

There are a few 95% deals left but most lenders have pulled out of lending over 90%. The rates are poor too....have you got the 3% that you vould pay off the mortgage in order to find a 90% deal?

Hi - thanks for the reply. There's no chance that I can pay it off - 18 month old and another due in a few weeks.

If I'm tied in to A and L does anyone know if they plan to drop their rates at all or is now the time to phone and fix? I think I'd like to fix at the moment.
