This is the correct information. Please read.

The deadline is January 31st 2009. I sorted mine today by calling TC Helpline on 08453021455. The nice lady checked and advised me that I had not received my Child Tax for 2002-2003. She then gave me the address to write to, to claim. If your tax code ended with a H or T then you have already received this payment, if not, call the previous mentioned number first. If you are 100% sure that you have not received this payment then write to the following address to claim:

Just to let you all know... the form 11ctc from the Inland Revenue website is no longer there. If however you go to the Entitlement Agency website which is one of these agencies that charge £94 for the privilege of recouping money that is owed to you and print off their forms, one of the forms on there is the 11CTC (Claim for Children's Tax Credit). Just fill it out and enclose a covering letter with it to your tax office. Hope this helps!
