  • I have just tried to post this twice without success so lets hope this one works!

Dalip what I mean was then when I used to search my name (at work so not in history) - I would just bring my record up and on the rhs is still said BR (which it still does)

I did not bother clicking on my name and bringing up all the details - once i received the letter I checked and it did have my discharge there! Silly me for not checking properly I just assumed it would say discharged on the front of the record IYSWIM??

I found out by calling and asking - well, I aactually called to ask about something else but slipped the question in when they weren't expecting it. I then found out I had been discharged 2 weeks previous - it hadn't been updated in the Is website. It took them a further few weeks to put it on, so my discharge in feb was out on the website in April!

    Hi Guys

Me too - today is my 56th!! I have been checking the IS site everyday for the last few weeks, a few times a day. Also, I have been looking at other names on eth site, seeing the date that they went bankrupt, clicking into their profile to see if they have been discharge and working out the time scales!! Now that is sad, so far there has been no one from teh same court as me that have been discharge who went BK around the same time as I didn - but there are less ED's than I thought that there would be. I know that getting ED is a long shot but it doesnt stop you checking!!
