help

hi
i need some help please. i have arrears on my two mortgages which i hope to pay off this week. {parents} however i have very high charges because of the ccjs {£35 per letter/call} and i was wondering if anyone can help me cause at this rate i just feel like giving up. i have both houses rented and can just about afford to make the extra payment to cover the mortgage. i have tried selling one of the housed but can't find a buyer and now i'm running out of answers..
i think these charges are going to be about £3000 - £5000 on both accounts.
i have asked both banks for statements today, but where do i go from here...
if anywhwere.
thanks cath

Ask them to add the charges to your mortgage. Or go round and ask to speak to a Halifax rep, explain your situation and get them to reduce and/or negate all charges. They WILL do this, they just dont like to broadcast it. Charges of £5000+ upwards are an outrage anyway. You're too young and Good-looking to let this worry you.
