PArcel Force left a card today, says tried to deliver two parcels to me today but no one home arrrgggggggg. Anyway they have delivered to local post office so will collect tomorrow........Thing is I've only ordered 1 wiifit and am not awaiting anything else....whats in the 2nd parcel...am curious now

Had one due today, checked this A.M to make sure everything was still ok ( bit of a pessimist these days, NO idea why) and it said they had mis-placed it !!! E-mailed them, phoned them to find out what was going on and told that the courier couldnt find it. As I was speaking to the customer services women I checked on-line and it was in stock. Oh no, you won't need to re-order as the order was not cancelled. Will check on progress and phone you back in 15 mins. Needless to say She didnt phone back and an hour later get an e-mail to say cancelled and refund on its way. Now I cant find it in stock anywhere.
Sorry for rambling but im not a happy bunny :mad:
What I would like to know is, if anyone knows who to compain to about the total lack action or communication from these people. Would really like an address to send my often used clubcard (cut into pieces of course! ) along with my complaint

They had loads of the Wii Fit's in Costco Cardiff and I think they were around the £54 mark with VAT added - think that's pretty good, but didnt take a lot of notice as I don't have a Wii LOL!!

Good luck to anyone who manages to get one at a reasonable price - just had 2 alerts today from Toys R Us & J Lewis - both proved duff!! I know they can be had for more money but will wait till AFTER Christmas .... rather than pay an inflated price.....but still hoping. I think it's a full-time job trying to find one TBH
