Wii fit - Stock/where to buy
Comments
-
Hi, I ordered the wii fit from HMV yesterday and I was just wondering how long they usually take to deliver items.
Also has anyone ordered a wii fit from them?, if so did they take the money out of your account straight away, mine still hasn't been taken.
Thanks
Hi I ordered from them last Wednesday morning and it has just arrived :j :T I am not sure when the money was taken out of my account. Thank you so much to Terlan for posting about getting them this way :AA dog is for life not just for Christmas.
How about a rescue dog?0 -
No i Meant 100. Hence why the Quidco earnings are about £550.
I just got one from Argos with battery charger and wii ski (I didn't need the charger but wanted the wii ski which is 30ukp. I use the AFD10 code posted on here to get free postage. All for £114 = 70 for wii fit, 30 for ski game and 14 for charger and worth it for peace of mind.
Cheers

I dont know if they do it on purpose but the are a couple of reasons why they haven't sold out.
1. Fistly if you search for "Wii fit" on www.comet.co.uk you only get the packages...not the wii fit on its own so type this into you browser to go directly to the product:
http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/product/446521/NINTENDO-Wii-Fit
2. They have "cleverly"? placed a "print product details" link over the buy online button so it is physically impossible to order the product on its own...however by looking through the other comet pages I worked out the java script required to add the item to the basket manualy. heres how you do it.
Go to the link "http://www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/product/446521/NINTENDO-Wii-Fit"
Now copy this java code directly into the browser address bar (including the semi colon):
javascript:OrderProcess(false);
This will add any product you are currently viewing into your basket. And hey presto you are taken to the basket screen and it contains one wii fit for £69.99!!
hope this is helpfull. I just did it and received an email confirmation saying that my wii fit will be delivered to my work tomorrow...dont tell my wife its her Xmas present!!!
GENIUS!
Just got mine, YAY!:T :T :T :T :TBargains - Bloomin' Marvellous0 -
The copy/paste of the including the semi colon doesn't work for me...I am obviously doing something wrong and have no idea what!0

No problem, I'm glad it helped, I spent ages staring at the unclickable button thinking "there must be a way to buy this!!"
I honestly think they do it on purpose to sell more "packeged" wii fits with other games, when i looked at the "source" (view-page source) i realised that the add to basket button behind the print text doesn't even exist (as in the link)its just an image (very cheekey) so I went to another product and viewed the source on that page to get the java script, I didn't even expect it to work...but it did!!0 -

Copy the javascript bit intot he aaddress bar replacing the address that is there and press enter. That's ho it worked for me.

Then teh second one: I know the second one doesn't look anything like a website link it is a javascript command which is sent to the comet server, but just highlight everyingthing that was in the bar before and replace it ALL with the line of java script and press enter. Now you should see the comet shopping basket with the wii fit in it. Here are the two lines of code. I tried it in IE7 and firefox 3 and both have worked for me.

("www.comet.co.uk/shopcomet/product/446521/NINTENDO-Wii-Fit")
javascript:OrderProcess(false);
let me know if it still doesn't work and I'll do my best to help but that really should be all there is to it.0 -
Yes sorted it! Thank you very much!0

It doesn't work with Safari but does with internet explorer0

Yeah I'm having a slice of that! Nice one MSA!
Doesn't work in Chrome so switched to IE and success. Lets hope they don't wiggle out of it etc.0
