I saw a stack of them in Zavvi (castle court) in Belfast today for £70 if that's of any use to anyone

Nah, not until at least the other side of Christmas. There are still lots of Wii Consoles being sold to people that also want this game. The current batch will sell out soon enough.

The fact that both the console and the game are awful junk that most people use for a week and then never use again is besides the point.

Ninetendo have managed to successfully sell a crappy, outdated and underpowered product for more than the much better and cheaper Xbox 360! That's the power of successful marketing I guess.
