Is anyone else still waiting on their refund from Play for the whole 17th posted fiasco?

Everytime i speak to them they tell me until they received the claim form back they can't do anything, yet i've sent a fair few to them now....

I have only just got my refund. Do what I did and photocopy loads of the claim forms & bombard Play on a daily basis. (10 a day should do it!!). Bear in mind that it's a Freepost address- it's costing them.;) Also contact your credit card company, just in case, to start a dispute against the payment. Good luck.

No you're not a vegetarian if you eat any animal or fish, so do not insult genuine veggies by calling yourself one!

Thanks to everyone who posts competitions. You are the stars of the board :T:j:T
  • They were, didn't last long though. :(
  • Found an advert on Gumtree,it now seems to have gone so can't post a link.
Their was a link to the newly set up website below.

Please keep your selfs safe when looking for a Wii Fit.
I cannot possibly comment on the reliability of sites that pop up selling hard to find electrical goods but use your judgment and stay safe.
Remember Paypal won't mean you will get your money back if the retailer take your money and run.

(I am noway suggesting this retailer will)

I would be very wary , how would a newly set up company find getting Wii fit stock easier than most of the national chains for starters.

Got one from ASDA GRIMSBY on Saturday (£64.71). A message came over the tannoy to say they had them in stock. I headed straight to the entertainment desk and got one. There was only one other person and myself after one, and I never heard the tannoy message again whilst I was doing the rest of my shopping, So they might still have some left.
  • Hubby works in Holborn, London. Rang me yesterday to say Argos had sign outside door stating 'Wii Fit in stock'. Walked in bought one from pile behind counter, approx 40 left then.

Might be worth ringing them if you are in the area?

I ordered one from Amazon this morning (£69.99+£1.69 delivery) using the 'one click' button and it says that they are preparing my items for dispatch.

Hope this will help someone. :)

Edit: You could also choose the free super saver delivery.
