If you phone up any John Lewis store they will tell you where available, put you through to store and they will send it to you direct.0

Hi,
Does anyone know if this is just a problem in the UK or if it's the rest of Europe too please?
I'm going to Switzerland next week and was wondering if I'll be able to pick one up there.
Also wondering if there are different versions of Wii Fit, or if a Swiss one will work here in the UK - Maybe I can only work off calories gained from Toblerone?
Thanks

If you are able to get there, most of the High Street Game stores get their stock in at about 10am, and then release them at 12 noon. I am on holiday this week luckily, and went into one of our local ones in Swindon (there are 4 within a few hundred metres) at just before 10am as the stock arrived. The very helpful assistant told me they had received 10 and to come back at 5 to 12. I went back to quarter to 12, was given a "purple envelope" (Willy Wonker comes to mind) and within minutes a whole load more people came in. 9 of them were lucky enough to get an envelope, the rest raced off to the other branches.
Anyhoooo, I now have a 2nd Wii Fit (the 2nd one being for my daughter who's going back to Uni and has become addicted to Wii Fit while home for the summer hols - and has also lost 9 pounds in the past 5 weeks using it!!!):j
Apparently, they get limited stock of 5 to 10 boards every day except Sunday and Monday, and this is how they very fairly sell them.0 -
They will have a Wii console, 1 " Wii mote " with strap and silicon cover, 1 nunchuck, a wii sports game and also the Wii fit board and disc!!!
Batteries for the remote " wiimote " are already in the wii box, but i dont know about the wii fit box.
Yep your kids will be ready to game on crimbo morning if you buy that package.
The Wii Fit box has the four AA batteries too.
I ordered Sunday evening, got mine this morning

I ordered mine on the 6/09, finally said posted on the 17/09 but i still haven't received it. There isn't any tracking number on the play website either. Did anyone else have a tracking number on their play order?? Normally they send things over a certain value via Parcelforce with a tracking number but this time it just says 'posted 17/9' and that's it....0 -

Hi all
I've noticed a few of you saying that by the time you have filled in your card details on a site you have lost out on your wii fit because you have taken too long.....well on one of the stock check sites i used they recommended using this
http://toolbar.google.com/T5/intl/en-GB/index.html?tracking=1&utm_campaign=enGB&utm_source=enGB-ha-emea-uk-google&utm_medium=ha&utm_term=google%20toolbar&tbbrand=GZAZ
Its the Google Toolbar. It really helps..... you can use the Autofil feature, this works by filling in your card details in advance using the Toolbar, it stores the information and when you get to a checkout on a site, it fills in your address and card details etc for you. Might give you a few seconds advantage over everyone else
:cool2:
Hope this helps0 -

Argos website is getting rammed i think because i keep getting page unavailable, so if the above link doesn't work try this one
http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500001151&langId=-1&searchTerms=wii+fit0
