Tax haven

Sorry clicked th mouse before I posted my message.

Not sure if this is the correct section please advise.

I am a resident of the UK but have residencia paperwork in Spain. Recently my fiance said that he wants to live in a tax haven. He does not want to spend money on property in a tax haven, but has looked into the "ins and outs" of this. My Q is this:
If he flits about the world, as a non resident anywhere, would this affect his NON RESIDANT STATUS if we get married?

Well, you've found your post, because you've posted on it again, but the board is here ...

I hope someone who knows something about these things will be along soon to answer your question, or get some clarification (because I confess I didn't really understand it!)
