  • Got this Disney POTC MP3 player for £4.99 today from Huddersfield store, it's £22.49 on Amazon

2023 wins - Rice Krispies, Avene Micellar Gel, Barbie Toy, £20 Apple Gift Card, KFC 6 piece bargain bucket, Chloe Nomade perfume, Barbie Toy (second one), Sanctuary Spa Sleep Balm, E45 Moisturising Lotion, Trolls Hamper, 12 Tonie Characters, Sure deodorant, Good Home Utensil holder, £5 Costa Gift Card, Neutrogena Micellar Jelly, Soap & Glory Mascara, Persil capsules,
  • In Home Bargains Llanelli

Heaven champagne truffles for £1.99, nearly bought these for £6 in Asda last week, they are very yummy!!!
  • John West tuna with lime mayonnaise 49p in Rugeley Staffs, this stuff is in your standard tuna shaped can but ready to make a sandwich straight out of the can. Very nice & seeing as tuna has seemed to go up in price (e.g. Aldi is about 75p) the HB tin works out well at 49p, lots of tuna in there.

Also bought a £4.99 poker chips & mini cocktail set. 240 chips of 11g mass & a cocktail shaker, 2 packs of cards, strainer, metal spirit measure/drinking vessel, metal drink container like a large test tube with a screw on cap, small funnel for filling the tube. I had to buy novelty/whatever present for a family get-together for less than £5 and I've saved the receipt because they'll never believe it was in that price range. It really is a superb bargain & now I've opened it a bit to list the contents I reckon I should get one for myself or as a future gift for another lucky friend. If you're looking for one in HB it has "Poker/Martin Set" on the box & the contents listed in Dutch, and rrp of £25 on the shelf edge label. What are you still reading this for? Go out & buy one! :)

I got a Cranium 'Balloon Lagoon' game yesterday. £4.99 RRP £24.99

DD (5) spotted 2 stuck at the back of a bottom shelf and flew over to them shouting OMG, mum, this game is the best! Apparently a friend has one and it's fantastic?

    reviews here

Didn't dare leave it in case they had both gone when I went back, so had to pick one up while she was with me! It's a big box so couldn't even do it discretely! I had to tell her I'd email santa to see if he'd got her one and if not I'd wrap it up for him to pick up and put with her presents, as a favour 'cos he's so busy right now! ;) :rotfl:

I love the fact you said you're emailing Santa! :rotfl:

I get to pop into Home bargains in Stroud on Tuesday after my mum picks me up from the train station.:j It will probably be horribly busy, but I just can't resist a few more last minute bargains. Mum got some Born 2 Shop slipper socks for me there a few days ago-99p! They will go perfectly with my friends pressies, which is shoe themed.

    .

    :D

She's so technical it's scary! lol. If I said I was writing to him or phoning she wouldn't believe me! :rotfl:

Santa was at her school christmas party on Friday, the poor guy was baffled why some of the kids in her class were asking him why they hadn't sent them a video, with their picture in his book! Had to explain to him and a load of mums about the link on here. DD had told everyone Santa had emailed her and she was on his good list and her picture is in his good book!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Her main present this year is a laptop! She asked for one 'cos she "wants to go on Ebay, youtube and MSN" She's only bloody 5!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Wow sounds good. Is this it?

I might need to talk a walk down to my local HB.
