I was in Manchester yesterday and happened to come across a "Quality Save" store in Piccadily (So obvious it was a HB!)
Anyway they seemed to have a "No alcohol to Under 25's" policy which I found more than a little strange!
Anyone care to explain?0 -

I know a lot of shops say that if you LOOK under 25 then they may ask you for ID (to prove you're over 18). I've never known anywhere refuse to serve someone who can prove they are over 18.0 -

They aren't labelled Thorntons. They are in a clear bag with Luxury Chocolate Misshapes written on the front. There are always loads in Telford but sometimes they are a bit manky looking. Just in case you are looking for the Thorntons branding - I know I was at first.0 -
Hi all, this is the first i've heard of this shop but I 'really' like the sound of it. I came across it when I was reading a reply to a thread about 'quality karrimor walking boots' and the shop was mentioned.
Does anyone know if the shop has a web site so I might be able to find out where my nearest store is?0 -

Thanks for your help dorry. Don't want to make a big deal out of it cos i'm not really - but it's 'nippyone' - not 'zippy'.
I read earlier in the messages they had opened a shop in Coatbridge which is about 35 miles from me so I wanted to find out if there were any other shops closer?
Thanks for web address.0 -
