In the South American areas where Chilli (and Chocolate) originally come from, unsweeted chocolate is a seasoning and often served with chilli - try ading a little grated plain chocolate to a Chilli next time you make one, it takes the hard edge off the chilli and is quite nice (and I don't like chilli!)Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.0 -

I haven't tried any of the new trial flavours, but I quite fancy the sound of the duck & hoi sin - I might have to give them a try (does anyone know if these are available in HB's or is it just certain flavours they stock?).
