Boston is newish, on the edge of town, with parking. I have only been twice, but it was well-stocked both times. I have a niggling feeling that it has no alcohol, but I'm not 100% sure about that.

Oooo, thanks. I can feel a trip to lincolnshire coming on soon :D
Not too worried about the alcohol - what kinda things should I look out for, I've never been to a Home bargains before. I've only learnt about them since looking at this website. Is there anywhere else in Boston shop wise that you would recommend I look in on?
    Many thanks

  • Ravensthorpe store:

Walkers Crisps 21 packets (14 + 7 free) only 99p!!!! (was marked at 1.99 on shelf but went through till at 99p). These are 'meaty' flavours - roast chicken, smokey bacon, steak & onion (7 of each). I stocked up for packed lunches.

Thorntons goodies - bags of choccy toffees and special toffee 99p, small bags of chocolate buttons 39p

Large pictures (prints) - ready to frame - 69p!!!! various designs. rrp £8.29. Reminds me of Ikea prints. I got 3 - one with red chilli peppers, one with white orchid on blue background, one with various coloured dots. I'd guess the size is probably about 24inch across and 30inch down. Although don't quote me on that, lol.

Evian Affinity Holiday Skin face cream - 99p (rrp 6.99) It's face moisturizer which is also self tanning. gentle build up of colour.

2009 annuals 69p. I got Horrid Henry and Horrible Histories. Also had a few suitable for girls (but since I have boys I didn't take notice!)

Single serve bags of pringles 10p. Ready salted flavour only.

    That's all I remember for now :)

The Home Bargains is in the same area as Netto, Sportsworld and TK Max (and it does do alcohol, it just didn't when it first moved as it had to wait for a new licence). Also, there is a Heron Foods, Wilkinsons, Poundstretcher, Dunelm and Poundland if you're looking for discount stores. If you like Chinese there is also a small Chinese supermarket. Any more questions feel free to ask as I know Boston quite well and often shop there ;)
