27/01/21: Purchase survey & valuation complete, mortgage offer
received
05/02/21: Reduction agreed on partner's sale (under-valuation) & on
purchase. Mortgage offer amended
08/02/21: Buyers pack returned to solicitor - sellers packs already returned
26/02/21:
Partner's sale contract signed
10/03/21: Purchase searches all back
16/03/21: My sale contract signed
28/03/21: Purchase enquiries satisfied, Title
Report & contracts issued, contracts signed & returned
11/05/21: Still waiting on final enquiry in the adjoining chain to be resolved. Consent to break the chain granted, instruction to move to exchange given.
17/05/21: All parties agreed to June 3rd for completion
27/05/21: Exchanged on my sale only
28/05/21: ALL EXCHANGED!
03/06/21: Completion

Ravensthorpe today had an 'Amazing Alison' doll for around £10 (I think!) RRP £70, but you can get it much cheaper online.
They also had some ITNG vests (boys and girls types)- 2 pack for £2, and 3 packs of Thomas briefs for £2.
Just remembered they had various Harry Potter stuff - including Room of Requirement for less than £10, and a sorting hat for about £8.The IVF worked;DS born 2006.0 -

A New HB store is opening in Leeds City Centre - Merrion Centre (Woolworths). I would have thought it will take them a few months to refurbish the store before the opening - I will have to be patient. I was sad to see the close of a long standing store, but very very happy to be getting a HB 2 minutes away from work. :TJosey0

This Dr Who pen/sonic screwdriver was £4.99 earlier in the week but it's only £5 on Amazon with free delivery so not really a bargain though

I bought a set of 6 gift boxes today for 1.99 ....the shelf edge tag said Hallmark RRP £14.99 (the smaller boxes were nested inside the bigger box)
They were available in Silver and a dull gold colour .. about the size of an A4 box file0 -
Oops nearly forgot I also bought 2 sets of 3 in a pack 99p plastic character bowls with lids. Someone already mentioned the Thomas Tank ones earlier in the thread. I bought the Thomas and Disney Cars one but noticed they also had Fifi.
I am going to fill these with Easter goodies to give as Easter presents ... mmm that is something else I noticed ...they had a few items of Easter confectionery in stock already!0 -
