Just back too - camping, so washing everywhere and not time (yet) to read though, so a quick summary also gratefully received. TIA

    From Babiesmummy

I am a lurker and I thought I should let you know that "Simple Baby" is on 3 for 2 instore.

Simple Baby doesn't seemed to be advertised as 3 for 2 on the web or instore, only Simple Skincare is advertised as 3 for 2. I managed to pick up some coupons a few weeks ago for £1 discount off the simple baby range at Boots, so yesterday I bought

    Simple Baby Wash x 2 @ £1.99
    Simple Baby Shampoo x 1 @ Free

Cost £3.98 minus 3 x £1 vouchers plus points back

    Total cost 98p
    Tiara
    2 for £5 botanics haircare- 12/08/2008
    2 for £4 lynx- 12/08/2008
2 for £6 garnier pure- no signs up for this at all so don't know. However the 2 for £5 on clean and clear and also on the witch hazel stuff both ends on 12/08, so I would expect the garnier pure also to end on 12/08- just don't know for sure.
500pts on jk etc- no signs on this at all but have checked in the mag and it is on til 23/09/2008
bogof no7 sun-all of the suns up for this said the offer ends on 25/03 looks like they just re-used the signs again instead of having new ones! Checked every sign on all of the shelves/aisles and all the signs were old
    gwp no7- 12/08/2008
    50% off mitchum deodrants coupon
    £1 off mitchum deodrants coupon

    Mrsbluebear or Mrs T
Our local has the garnier pure peel thingy instore £8.99 each but 2 4 £6
New gift with purchase for Clinique
Kitiaracat bought this i got 1 of these today on the normal baby shelf £9.99 reduced to £2.50
    Image5.gif

From Elisamoose If you go to the Clinique bonus time website you can opt to get a text 2 days before GWP starts at your selected store . I have done it for Estee Lauder too!

From Wednesday 6th August until Tuesday 12th August, we're offering you the chance to collect 600 Advantage Card points* (that's £6 worth of points to spend instore!) when you spend £60 or more in a single transaction at Boots.com.
    * Allow 5 working days for your points to be added to your card at the Advantage Card Kiosk.

Dotchas is home from hospital and doing well.
Moyilla went into hospital to have baby, waiting to hear boy or girl.
Boots sale end august but Broclo will let us know when she finds out.
Just to say again...the sale will not be till the end of Aug at the earliest. It will also not be decided till a week prior on the Monday. Tin-Tin says he will let me know when he does, Stores and CS will not know till that morning.

  • Thank you for the vouchers scorpiokitten:j  :D

It's probably been mentioned on here before but does anyone know when the Lynx offer is due to end?

    Thanks,
    Sharon x

    yes, 12th August;)
  • Am I missing something with these toothbrushes? I know they're giving 1500pts back wys £24.74 rather than over £30 that's still quite a lot to spend over the amount of points you are getting. (she says as someone who already has an electric toothbrush, I suppose it's an attractive deal if you don't)
    snipped

Could someone tell me how it is that the SAs are not reading the voucher where it says 'over £30 on Oral B' to get 1500 points? I certainly don't want to be spending £25 on these without getting 1500 points back and I think I've been daydreaming when you've all talked about it! :o

Also (god Im really not doing well today am I!) where does the voucher for Simple wipes come from?

I usually cut and paste really important details like this onto a sticky on my desktop but lately my heads been cabbaged. :rotfl:

Oh just in case it helps anyone in my area, Chester have those Time Delay microdersion (?) machines and also the accessory pack that goes with it. The pack was £6 but obv you can get 200 points from Boots mag voucher. Plenty of Elle stuff but that glitch is a bit old now, LOL! Also cheap batteries, think they were £1.50 for a large pack. There was quite a bit of Murad stuff there too but to be honest I couldnt afford it even on the clearance shelf, what's in it gold dust?! One tube was priced at £39.50, anti blemish stuff if my memory serves me correctly.
No old size Mitchum on the shelves at all, fair few packs of Lynx left but all in all I had a pretty uninspiring visit. Roll on the sales!!! :j

  • Thanks loads to broclo & dozy_dora who both emailed me the 50% off mitchum vouchers. I'll be trying these along with the £1 off vouchers today!:T

I'll post on here later if I have any success on today's bootsing trip. Only problem is I'm going to the metrocentre, and my brother asked to come with me. My original intention was to do my metrocentre shopping and then hit a few other boots stores on the way home, but might not be able to do this now - how many bootsing trips in one day can a non-bootser usually tolerate?? I wanted to do 5, I suspect I'll be limited by my bro to 2 at the most.
