I think someone posted this here before, but here's a reminder as the giveaway starts tomorrow:

I personally think this stuff smells awful and don't see how you could use it on your hair or lips! I tried some on my lips and had to wash it off as I couldn't take the smell. Did I get a bad batch (mine came with an old gwp)? I can't believe everyone raves about this stuff without mentioning the stench unless it doesn't normally smell that way! I may have to grab a freebie to compare!

:rotfl: Am so glad someone else feels that way - my tube stank to high heaven too but I thought it was cos Id bought it off ebay, etc and may have been an old sample etc. Really greasy and leaves me verrrrry shiny too!
So unless we were both unlucky skibster and got bad samples/tubes. Or maybe we have faulty noses!

There were no bonus points on offer in my store, I did use a 750pts wyb clinique that a friend gave me (woohoo, I did ask on here, but a friend of mine gave me hers ) and a 350pts wys £40 so not too bad.

I believe the cheapest clinique items are the pore minimizing blotting sheets at £7.50 each


I actually bought some make up and some city block I needed Also, I managed to get the Garnier Peel x 2, Lynx x 2, and 8 JK nail files
I actually spent roughly £82ish, but had £30 in vouchers from pigsback, so I only 'paid' £52ish, and got roughly 3000pts, so if you offset the points on the spend, paid 22 quid really to take all that lot away..YAY lol I'll have to dig out the receipt for exact amounts but it was something like that

Hmm... Wish it had something other than DDML, that stuff is so p*ss poor I can't believe it's so popular. And the lipgloss and eyeshadow don't really appeal to me that much... but... but but... it looks so nice! Thanks for letting us know what it looks like!

It's one of those products where the hype far exceeds its actual effectiveness, (just like dramatically different moisturising lotion). Its main ingredient is actually vaseline (it's actually 57% vaseline :eek:) and in terms of results, you'd probably get the same ones from vaseline. Dunno about the smell, I never liked the smell of vaseline, but you're not missing out on anything by giving it a miss.

Lots of the Lynx 3 sets in my Boots so got 2 for my BF.
Used my mailing 100 WYB Botanics Accessories on a scrubber which was only £1.50.
Used my 50p off Palmolive Eden deo from mailing on 2 x Palmolive Deo's which were 2 for £3 so got 2 for £2.50.
Used £27's worth of points from my card to buy 2 Clinique products and got the Bonus gift (which is lovely!)
I needed some dry shampoo for a festival I'm going, usually get Lee Stafford but noticed Toni&Guy do one, tried to use mag voucher on this but didn't scan and SA said would only work on normal shampoo
So stuck to my Lee Stafford one!
