Boots normally have a sale around this time of the year, I believe, and we are all speculating as to when this will start.

I did ask in the Harrow branch and got told by the SA, they don't have sales, as they are always reducing things all year round, that is the sale!

But looking through previous posts, Boots have had a 75% off sale and last year there was a sale at end august.

Yes, you should definitely get the GWP even if you pay with points.

If you're worried, just let them put everything (including GWP) through the till, put the card in the holder and THEN ask to pay with points. They can't really take the GWP out of the bag then, can they?

If they resist, ask them to phone customer services. You are still buying the items, so are entitled to the GWP.

I asked in falkirk and they didnt seem to think that there was a sale on and there wasnt anything noticeable that had been moved apart fromthe masses of mini mode sale clothes!

I dont know if any of you guys have tried the tesco malarky but i have actually got quite into it. If anyone has spare points coupons etc i would be willing to swap for boots vouchers?!

I have a good few. Will have to organise them all out though!

Morning guys!
I have a couple of questions for all you expert bootsters.. I have a £5 off summer TS to use, I did try it last week with 2 No7 dark spot things, and also picked up a GWP, but when i tried to use the voucher, the SA said that i didnt qualify for the £5 off because it was on BOGOF so, i had only spent £10.50.She did call a senior member of staff over but they just confirmed what the SA had said, I told her to void the creams off but managed to keep the GWP anyway! :j
So, i am planning to go and try again today, and i want to know where do you get the 500 points from on suncare?
Is it a voucher, or is it automatic at the till?

Also, what is the offer thing on the nail files?
Do i need a voucher for these? and if so, where from?

Finally, can i purchase anything with my points or is it certain things only?

What Tesco vouchers do you mean? I only get the ones with the clubcard mailing .
