Just back from Boots and noticed that trevor sorbie stuff is on 2 for £7!

I *think* this means that if you buy 2 items and use the H&B mag voucher, the till will knock off the whole price of one, so for example:

TS long hair shampoo @ £4.49
TS long hair conditioner @ £4.49
    Till does 2 for £7 = £7 total
Mag voucher takes off £4.49 = £2.51 final total

Also possibly could take off more if you got the intensive conditioner @ £5.99, and possibly leave you in credit if you use the PC voucher as well?

I couldn't try it though because I was only in Cowley Centre and they don't have any long hair stuff.

Oooh Who's going to be first to try this?

I can't get to Boots till Saturday as I am still too sore/stiff to drive. But need to plan my shop!

    Re Olay
    Will just do
    TE FF Handcream
    TE face wash

Use £5 till spit OR £5 pc voucher
    free wipes PC voucher

Is it a £5 spend for both skincare and No7 voucher???

    If I bought
4 x No7 Pre holiday Face serum at £8 but bogof
    GWP wys £20 ?

    and use
    £5 PC voucher
    £5 Tillspit wyb No7

    Total to pay £6????
    :j I love bargains:j

Ok, I'm too excited to read through all the posts before sharing to see if someone has said this yet, so here goes:

As I'm sure someone has posted, the second voucher is for £5 off No7 or Ruby and Millie WITH NO MINIMUM SPEND! (edited: should say, there's no minimum spend to use the voucher, meaning if you find something No7 that is £5 or less, it's free!)

Ok, that's probably old news. But how about that, thanks to the sale on Mitchum plus the two printable vouchers, I paid £1.73 for a bag full of stuff AND still got my £5 skincare voucher and my £5 No7 voucher?!

What it looks like is happening is the system is counting £3.50 of any Mitchum purchase as brand coupons, so you only need to spend £1.50 more for the till to think you spent £5 so you can get the skincare and No7 vouchers. Mitchum is on sale £1 off in the store -- the till appears to be counting this is a brand coupon! Then the 50 percent off voucher seems to take off £1.50 (as a brand coupon) whether or not that is actually half of the deodorant's cost. Then the £1 printable voucher also is a brand coupon. And it even deducted money off my other shopping, as those brand coupons were for £3.50 and the mitchum I bought was only £3.28 before deducting the sale price.

One could really slam a deal if you wanted a Marie Claire mag using the printable voucher and getting mitchum with vouchers. I didn't try this, but in theory the Mitchum is free and the MC mag is £1 after the voucher, but the till will see the mag and mitchum as full price. You'll even pay less than £1 for the mag and the mitchum, as the mitchum coupons will take money off your total! AND you'd still get the two vouchers for spending £5!!! And there are plenty of items for £5, so you can use the vouchers for free skincare and No7 or Ruby and Millie!

    My husband was astounded, lol.

Hi, Just got back from Boots -
    Shop 1 -
    Meal deal 2.99
2 * Therapy shower gel,£1.49, BOGOF and 50pts new ACM coupon
    Bikini line duo 13p
Mitchum now £1.79, used £1 coupon
Boots Patterned knee-highs (loads reduced) - 88p, 100pts new ACM coupon
    H&B mag

Paid £6.28, got both till spits,
    Shop 2 -
    Time Delay wipes
No 7 Lash Extensions mascara, reduced on the shelf to half price £5

Was so pleased about the free mascara that I forgot all about my TD 200pts coupon until I got halfway back to work. But I still reckon I have about £20 worth of stuff for a £6.28 spend!

    I *think*
    - Mitchum is currently on offer at 3.28 (£1 off)
    - use 50 % Mitchum coupon (£1.50 off)
    - use £1 off Mithchum coupon.

You pay 0.78, but the till assumes you've paid £3.50 in brand coupons as well. So you only have to spend another 0.72 to get the tillspits.

    Is this correct skibster?:rotfl:

The Olay Total Effects hand cream that is £4.47 (I think, I know it's under £5) works with the till spit. I also used a voucher for 600 points on Total Effects and free Olay wipes with it, so all free. :D

The pink No7 box on clearance for £3 *didn't* work with the new voucher, though other clearance items did (mascara, eye pallete and lip gloss).

Be *very* watchful of the SAs and what things ring up for on the till, and have in mind what your total should be. I did a total of five transactions today, and there were several big mistakes -- one that I didn't catch until I left. One young SA was telling me the till spit wouldn't work on the TD product I had, but it turned out he hadn't scanned the product. After I left the store -- with a bag so heavy I could barely carry it and still wanting to go to other stores -- I realized he rang up a bottled water twice. I let it go as the deals were so good anyway.

At a later store, I put two No7 items from clearance in my basket, meaning to get the second one after I paid for the first lot and got another voucher. The SA rang it up before I could stop her, so she "deleted" it. My total came to nearly £11 pounds when I had figured it around £2.50!!! So I asked her to make sure she had deleted it, and when she tried again, it added it on again! Which is surely what it did the last time she tried. I've had this happen before at Boots; watch the total like a hawk before and after they supposedly "delete" something. She couldn't get it off, so I asked her to delete the transaction and try again. Thank goodness she had not scratched through the coupons so we could scan them again, or I would've just had to pay for about 5 items I didn't get and then get a refund immediately after. She was really kind of annoyed, and didn't even apologize after she scanned it all again and the total came to £1.73 -- a huge difference from the £11 she tried to charge the first time!!!! I decided to use the two vouchers I got for my purchase right then without buying anything else, so I got more TD and another clearance No7 item and used 200 points on TD. I was at the register right next to the first lady who screwed up and didn't apologize. She was watching everything like a hawk. My second SA was having problems with the till and had to type in barcodes on vouchers, and the first SA was like "That TD voucher didn't work before" because I had tried to use it (the 200 points voucher) with her when buying TD cleanser and it wouldn't work (though she may not have scanned it right). So anyhow, I had bought the toner already at another store and it bloody well did work, so I just asked my SA to try, and of course it worked and I didn't pay anything for my no7, td and £2 back on my card! Why do some SAs get mad at you when *they* don't know what they are doing?! Urggh!
