"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

Your Brum Boots must have all the clearance for the Midlands! My local only ever has broken or half used stuff on the clearance shelf . I often wonder how they stand legally with this damaged stock.
    Sounds lovely! :D

I guess it's "sold as seen". Re contamination, that will be a problem until every product sold is security-sealed.

Anyway, talking of Bham stores, went into the Bull Ring store for the first time in ages the other day and noticed that they've installed Self-Serve tills at the entrance opposite New St station. I think it's the only store in the city centre with such tills.

Well I really wasn't going to go and try to use my last coupons - but then I realised I was on my last JK makeup wipe, so I had to go to Boots today!

    Got -
    No 7 anti-ageing facial sun £10.50
No 7 toning tan maintainer BOGOF
No GWP because they've run out! But still bought, to use my 500pts on No 7 facial sun voucher
    + 2 * Garnier Peel Kits for £6
    2 * Clarityn 7-day (2.79 each but 2 for 3.50)
Boots Expert bikini line duo sachet (on clearance at 20p went thru at 13p)
couple of JF Frizz Ease things
and remembered the JK makeup wipes * 2

    Spent £29.91, saved £24.13, points 1242 (used 150 pts wys £25)

The only downside being they had no salads that didn't contain pasta or noodles (wheat intolerant) so didn't actually get any lunch!

Broclo, have sent you an email for the huggies vouchers, many thanks for the offer :) and cheers for that MSN TinTin conversation too - was very informative!

In fact, because of that skincare tillspit heads up - me and OH went out to a few Boots earlier and stocked up on 20+ H&B mags solely for the TD points vouchers in anticipation of the skincare TD tillspits due out tomorrow. :T

They best be the £5 off ones again! Not that i need more TD after the last time, faaar from it,... but FREE cleanser/toner/wipes/eye cream AND 200 points a go, is waaay too good to pass up on! It's like Boots giving out free 2 quids :D:D

    Could be a good'un this combo! ;)

    xx

Wow - reading about other peoples hardships and tough times makes all my minor moans seem quite pathetic. I really appreciate people bravely commenting about their experiences (lupyloo).
It's a real slice of life. You are an eloquent lot as well. I'm rubbish at putting things into words. Thanks again x
