Hey everyone. Went to a Boots today which isn't really local to me. I had a make up lesson type thing booked with the lady at the Benefit counter, so went and she did my make up for me. Obviously it was a sales pitch, but I knew that it would be. There's an offer of 500 points wyb 2 products just now so I bought 2 that she used on me, however, since I left the shop my face had a bit of a reaction. Obviously I don't know what product has caused the reaction, so I now want to return them both, but my local don't stock Benefit.

Do you think my local will refund me anyway? Or will I have to go back to the shop I was at today?

I'd phone Customer Services (see the first post on this thread for the number) and explain the situation. They should be able to tell you if you can go to your local branch for a refund - personally I'd expect you can, but I'd still phone first to get confirmation then if you go to your local branch you can always say 'CS told me I could have a refund here!'

BTW followed the link to you tube yesterday and the huggies advert and obviously it brings up other 'similar' (ahem) videos, I would just like to say, man there are some weirdo's in this world :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

Thanks, I'm going to my local tomorrow anyway, so will take it back then, but yeah that's a good idea to phone customer services first, never even thought of that. Thanks a lot.

Evening all

Went to boots today but only got nappies for ds as they had zilcho in the way of any bargains. Its quite a big boots but is pretty rubbish they dont seem to have all the stuff i am looking for :mad: couldnt even see the soap and glory sets I really wanted them.

anyway I am looking for a new makeup bag as I want to try and start a new makeup collection as mine is a bit non exsistant

I was looking at the natural collection round one as I want one that I can fully open up and see everything thats in there.

bebebelle was it you who mentioned that you had one ???
