anyone recommend somethin for cracked skin on my elbow ? sore as hell and nothin seems to work :(

Vegetable shortening. Sounds weird, but it's what a gp recommended for dry skin around my elbows. Works well and is cheap. The problem has basically gone away, so regular lotions or body butters now do the trick.

Edit: Just reading through and saw someone else mentioned the body butter that came with marie claire; if you don't fancy the shortening, this is a good second choice. If you check the body shop Web site, the Shea Body Butter (very dry skin) is my favorite.

dont worry about it its not that important you get off to bed I should really be heading myself now.

The pampers nappies are not for any particular kind these are new vouchers I got from a mailing the other day.

I only have botanics baby ending 98 from pc. If you get the chance tmrw maybe or whenever that would be great :D

If there's nothing you need to buy today because a sale were ending, I'd wait at least until tomorrow. There should be a new till spit (hopefully) as the other one expires today, and you could get that with your purchases. Unless they are going back to the photo processing till spit, in which case it won't matter much (though waiting for sales on things you don't need right now usually saves you from missing a good deal).

thanks for that, also, when i put my AC card into the machine, the only voucher it gave me was for triple points on Botanics... why only the one?
do you acquire more choices the more point you have?

i only ever got comps from the machine i complained but took almost a year till i started to get anything decent !!

Use a gentle exfoliator then try this.
Similar to body shop stuff but cheaper at £4 for 75ml.
    I find it works wonders!

M&S also do something very similar but for less
    £5 for 200ml
It was recommended in Company mag a few months back (they were comparing this with the Body shop one ).

The till spit already has changed :( I got another £2 digital photo processing one yesterday.
