Magazine offers - DISCUSSION THREAD ONLY

I have just emailed iSubscribe about the missing gifts for both my Heat and Grazia subscriptions. I have always thought that it is crazy that they offer such great gifts for a £1 subscription but, if they do, that is the company's decision and they should honour it.

Email from iSubcribe saying they do not offer free gifts for 3 for £1 deals!! So annoying as it is utter rubbish but I didn't take a screenshot. I don't suppose anyone did?

i have screen shots of both but they do actually say free gift included in some areas ie 12 editions for £15 so suppose that would be their excuse my subscriptions were with magazinesubscrption though not isubscribe.

I totally agree with this, but do be careful with the wording.
In some cases the definition of subscription does not include the initial trial and the gift only applies when you subscribe after the trial.
I'm not saying that applies in these cases, it's just something to be aware of.

Yes I received it about 2 weeks ago
There a load of St Moriz fake tan, nails inc, nelson clean and clear face wash and lotion, rescue rememdy balm and a few other bits

I got St Moriz fake tan set worth £10, a separate st moriz tan lotion, nails inc polish, nelson clean and clear face wash and lotion, and a rescue remedy balm. in total worth around £40 not £100 as advertised
