I am very sorry to read that you have not received your free gift. All outstanding orders have now been fulfilled and to date none have been returned to us by the Post Office as undeliverable, I am therefore unaware of any reason for non-receipt.

Unfortunately all stock has now been exhausted, however an alternative has been despatched and will be with you shortly.

Once again please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused, I do however hope you will find the alternative satisfactory and trust you continue to enjoy the magazine.

I subscribed to readers digest online back in March, however have heard nothing nor had any money taken. e.mailed them with no reply?

I also subscribed to the Vanity Fair/Benefit deal, and received my magazine within 2 weeks but no gift.
I just called and a very nice lady told me they had more in stock (I can't remember what the original gift was, but she said it's a benefit bag with products worth £46) and she arranged for another to be sent out.
I'll see if it arrives!

I got my garnier 5 bottles of moisuriser today for the glamour subscription. £3 ffor 3 issues. Only took 11 days - very impressed!

Can't wait to spend it & think I only paid £1 for 3 issues?

( Ordered 3 Gardeners World mags today for a pound too as they usually do some good freebies and offers in there as well! )
