Not sure of the page number (I chucked the mag away!!) but the current issue of Marie Claire has a voucher page for a free sample of Estee Lauder "Sumptious" mascara in from Debenhams. No spend of Estee Lauder required!

With regards to cancelling direct debits for magazine offers, I used to do this but then I never received the final free/cheap magazine. Having considered the matter I decided that it was no great hassle to email them (details should be in the email you receive from the magazine itself when you take our your subscription) to cancel, that way I receive any remaining copies plus I never get any letters or emails hassling me afterwards. Good manners as well I suppose when you think about it.

You should still cancel the direct debit with your bank after contacting the magazine just to be on the safe side.

Strange as I've never had that... as they don't know you have cancelled your direct debit until they go to take the money for the first issue outside of the trial; which is normally AFTER you receive your final trial magazine.:)
