Be very wary of dealing with The Chelsea Magazine Company, who supply this.

I've had problems with them several times, and on the last occasion they increased the price of the Direct Debit without prior notification and just took the increased payment.

Getting it back out of them proved impossible - despite promise after promise to repay it - and the only was to sort it out was to reclaim from the bank the amount they took without permission.

I would not ever trust this lot again with a Direct Debit mandate.
