I presume it's Seventeen makeup, as sold in Boots?

    I got the Glamour gift.
    I think it's a seperate brand to Boots No.17.

There was a set like this advertised in an issue late last year. The deal was:

Glamour - 6 issues for £6 + free gift worth £27.45 (SEVENTEEN's Blemish BB Cream, Supreme Shine Lipstick, Tattoo Me Semi Permanent Liquid Eyeliner, Instant Glow Shimmer Brick, Skin WOW! 3 Way Highlighter)

If you trawl through the terms and conditions it says a trial subscription must be cancelled as soon as the first payment has been taken and once the second DD comes out you are committed to a full 12 months so its just a case of making sure you cancel straight away :).

I've cancelled after the DD has gone out several times with great magazines and they never batted an eyelid! They actually phoned asking me to take a new subscription, I said I would if they sent the free gift and they were more than happy to do this!

Not sure if anyone has posted this, but BBC magazines seem to having a January sale like the others.

    See here:- http://www.buysubscriptions.com/jsbuy14

Things like Good Food mags on 5 for £5, I also found links on the site for 3 issues for £3 for some of the mags so you can pick.

  • Hello,

If you can hold on 'til the end of the month, I subscribe and I'll be able to check inside the magazine for a better offer. I recall the magazine comes out the last week of the month, so I should get it next week. Usually (tho' just watch me give it my FABULOUS Irish hex...), they offer a smart gift + 6 month's subscription - I'll let you know.

Just got my mag and what do you know? there is no free gift (good to see the hex is still working!) and the subscription rate is £17 for 12 issues. :(
