I have always found Great Magazines to be one of the better publishers - Conde Nast being one of the worst!

Is anyone having problems with the Glamour magazine gift subscripions. I have had problems with the past 2 that I have signed up for. The most recent being the Beyonce perfume. I contacted them as I have not received it after the 28 working days and they have come back saying that I did not sign up for the offer. I 100% know that I did sign up for the offer as that was the only option available at the time time of signing up. I think I might complain on their twitter page. I think I may start taking screen prints in future.

I've never had any problems with Glamour and have had several gifts off them. I do take screen prints of any offers I take up though as otherwise I forget what gifts I should be expecting

Thanks for the response - I have been keeping a spreadsheet but I think I will now start taking screen prints.

This is the second time it's happened for me with Glamour.

3 issues of Company mag for £3 with a free Oasis watch worth £30.
From the terms & conditions: Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time during your trial period.

I got my watch in the post today, very pleased with it.

Hoping the perfume comes soon as I signed up for them the same day.:j
  • just wanted to pitch in, having worked in this industry.
if you repeatedly use the £3/1 free gift idea, and cancel - the agencies can and will refuse to fulfil. it's a blacklist shared among companies and they are marked as "serial offenders" :)

so make the most of the best deals before you get flagged!
