    I was fobbed off by Glamour - they said I had not signed up for that promotion but I clearly had. They sent out a Nails Inc nail varnish as a replacement. Did you email them?

    I emailed them several times, they said they had to re-order the gifts but it has arrived in the end. I didn't want nail varnishes and didn't receive any kind of a substitute.
    Worth persisting as I don't think I would have got it if I hadn't sent several emails asking for a refund beacause they weren't able to fulfill the promised gift.
